I've spoken to the Grand Poobah of Motu One and he's willing to consider a group buy.
I pointed out to him that Motu would from the time of purchase onwards have to be written in capitals, but he didn't seem to care.
Apparently the locals are illiterate.

I asked him about this too, and he said that if we can pass it off as a government administration building we can build our own... with local funds.
