You Tube tutorials

Personally, I'd love it if Motu put out some more in depth tutorials on You-Tube, for stuff like sample editing, layering and rules, etc. The manual does explain a lot, but many of the details could be helped by video explanations.
An idea from Sarcazm. And a quite good one I think. I was You Tubing last night searching for anything for the M5 2. The only thing was some latin demo done with M5 2 and some other MOTU V.I.s.

not sure but www.tutorialdepot.com might have some mach V tutorials.

Yeah but They have to charge to survive...

Again, WHY YouTube? MOTU already has a dedicated website they control. What's the obsession with YouTube in this context? Anyone have an objection to registering with the MOTU site for any reason? All you need to do is prove you purchased the program(s)...

I guess you're right I didn't see it that way. I dind't take the videos as a copy protections thing... after all Mach five is on ILok so there's no need to be registered to have info.

Well I'm not really obsessed with YouTube....yet. But tutorials on the MOTU site covering the M5 2 would work just as well for me.

Hmmm...
Well the main point was to have some vid tutorials up, not really where they would be hosted. However, surely Youtube would be a + for Motu, as they'd get hits from people looking for samplers in general, and maybe turn a casual viewer into a potential customer.
