Just checked it out. It is a very cool plug, but I wish the audio signal could be a little stronger across the network when using my macbook pro from one room to another. I am getting a lot of dropouts. Is there anyway to improve this situation or is it basically a wireless signal issue?

I use it between DP on my mac, and Giga on my PC. Cool stuff. I have 16 stereo returns running over WH. Seems to work ok for me. Just measure the latency, and insert Time Shift pluggins where necessary.

Yes, and it works even better! You can use it with any TCP/IP capable network, I guess.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it isn't being developed anymore as plasq wanted to focus its business mainly on video applications.

Edit: I went to their site and, it is now open source and free! Very good news!
