Rather than me explain it--just watch the 100-second video, way too cool!

That's very nice. I like the 102nd Snapper tour, but what happened to the other 101 Snapper tours?BradLyons wrote:Rather than me explain it--just watch the 100-second video, way too cool!

does many (and more) of the same things and been around a lot longer
Another big AudioFinder fan here...
I love Audioease as a company (have Altiverb, Speakerphone and VST-MAS wrapper), but other than the 'snap to ProTools cursor' function (which I don't care about, since I don't run ProTools) I think AudioFinder has the edge - far more features and overall a better rounded utility.
And judging by the Snapper feedback on Audioease's forum, AudioFinder also has the edge for being a good bit more stable and less intrusive on the system. Little wonder, it is on version 4.7.4
Finally, it is hands down the best supported app I've ever owned. Updates every two weeks or so....

There was just a thread about this here:

Yea, I found that odd too. Must be a bug. Must be.RCory wrote:I found it a bit awkward actually... ie - when you highlight a sample and play it, then you go to another sample, the play head stays in the same place! It should "rewind" itself to the beginning, IMO
EDIT:
Just checked the AE site and it is a known bug. Should be fixed soon, they say. Incidentally, there are times when this auto-play behavior comes in handy, like when comparing mixes.
