Motu PCI-324 and Intel D946GZIS

Hello to all
Recently I acquired a new computer. (Intel D946GZIS, Core2Duo, 2GB RAM)
I possess a MOTU PCI-324 that used in my old Pentium III. Now treatment of connecting it to this PC and it doesn't recognize me neither as new hardware.
Is there some problem of compatibility?
Of to be this way that motherboard can buy that I am solved my problem and at the same time be compatible with my microprocessor?
