Cannot copy Discs 2 and 3 from my Mach 5 library

Post by dcoscina »

IT looks as thought the discs have been scored or scratched. The install disc and surround/high def disc loaded fine. What a bummer. I have even tried using an external DVD rom player in case it was something wrong with my DVD drive. Also, I did check and made sure I was transferring the files onto a Mac Journaled formatted disc because of the 4 gig max that FAT formatted discs suffer for Macs. Still no-go. Very frustrated. :(

anyone else have this issue? Did the store you bought Mach 5 at replace the whole set or just the discs in question?

If you purchased MachFive 2 from a retailer in North America, contact MOTU for replacement discs. Just make sure that you have registered your copy of MachFive 2 first.
