Not to be a pill, but I imagine most of these keyboard shortcuts would be less a revelation if DP had right-mouse-click menu capabilities -- like every other app on the planet .

Anyhoo...

My trick isn't DP-specific, but works great with DP since DP allows for flexible aux bussing...

Two mono auxes in place of stereo auxes. For example, instead of plugging in a single, stereo eVerb in an aux buss, try using two mono auxes, panned hard left and right, with the same eVerb, but adjusted slightly differently. It can make for a more "spacious" sounding verb rather than a solid wash.

To add, try using subtle EQs and echoes with mono verb busses. Or stacking different verbs in an aux bus.

I just discovered a great one! I have a scroll-wheel mouse. If I hold Shift and roll the wheel in Sequence view, it scrolls right and left. Yea!

Holding "T", or hitting it twice makes a temporary group of the selected tracks (not just for colors, but mix/edit too). Hit T once to cancel the temp group.

I often remember that after recording a global pass and then seeing all those lines in the tracks (undo, edit automation setup, redo automation pass).

Um, do it right at the top of the time ruler border where you click to place the playback wiper. This is in the sequence editor window...

That's it's name!! I have been trying so hard to find this reference again. I remembered reading about the feature, then forgot what it was called!

Hey, I got one! Clicking on a marker's name selects everything up to the next marker.

That is going to be so handy.

I LOVE this program! :D

I was wondering if there is a way to create and save a separate
mixer window for say drums only or strings only and to be able to toggle to it with a single key instead of having to pull down
from the mix board window's mini menu and selecting alternate board layout ? Any ideas ? Many TIA ••¦Schweats
