DP recording wins Gold Medal

Last year I recorded a children's CD of stories narrated to string quartet music. The project was done entirely in DP. I just found out that the CD has been awarded the Gold Medal by the Parents' Choice Foundation. You can check out samples at www.musiciansoutofthebox.com and read the review at www.parents-choice.org. Look under audio awards and then storytelling. The CD is titled Music Tales.

Any advice on ways to distribute this would be greatly appreciated, especially since receiving this award. It's no Grammy, but I'll take it!

Thanks, It was a fun project to do. They did a concert in the spring to check the acoustics, which we liked, but when we went back in July to record, the cicadas were so loud! We had to use some x-noise on them.

We sold 1,000 copies in a year so now we are trying to figure our next step.
