Where's my Fireface 800 outputs?

Where's my Fireface 800 outputs?

I have no idea what happened but there are no input/output options recognizing my FF inside DP on my Mac Pro.

I know it's working as I can use it for Peak & itunes.

I trashed MOTU prefs & restarted...

I reinstalled the latest RME updates...

I was thinking about trashing the Audio/MIDI prefs but thought I might do that as a last resort. If anyone has any ideas what else to try I'm all eyes. I'm on OS 10.5.1 by the way.
