Quantizing Battery 3 in Digital Performer 5.13. Help Pleeeze

I am having the hardest time quantizing Battery 3 in DP 5. I can't seem to do a simple 1/16 with a hi hat without the timing being off. Help Help Help Please! Am I missing something?
