personalized heat shrink tubing for my cables ... ?

Post by wonder »

I'm looking for heat shrink tubing for my cables in my live rig and want to find a company that makes these where I can prink my name on them. I dont want my cables stolen anymore!

anyone have any leads?

Three 10m mic cables away and your whole (low) day work is gone.

I build my own cables. I print heat Dymo labels, get them under a standard clear shrink tube (found in any electronic store). Don't heat to much on tube or Dymo label turns black !

Losing very few now.

I bought a big pack of bright yellow cable ties. They come in all kinds of colors. I put one on each end of each cord, trim the tail so I've just got a colored ring. There is now never any confusion about what is mine.

Simple, cheap, effective.

Great tip! Also, the old Sharpie works well on everything that isn't black

There's also this:

http://www.markertek.com/SearchProduct. ... &sort=prod

But it requires that you also have the labeler.
