Someone Please Help

I had 3 songs that were recorded in DP 5.11
and i deleted them by mistake
so i used Data Rescue and found them.
Everything is there but it wont let me pull up the songs
I evan tried to start a new Project and import the files in
and it still wouldn't let me do it!!!!
Please help
it keeps telling me an error occurred while reading from the the disk
i cant even pull up the files in peak
Help me someone

is there somthing out there that can fix sd2 files??
somone has to know this

It sounds like part of the files were over written and cannot be recovered. Not all errors are recoverable, so there probably isn't someone out there who can help you. But this is NOT a DP problem.

I'd suggest Apple Discussions or the mfg of the program you are trying to use to recover your data.

If it's just the headers that are damaged, you can try to create new headers. If you don't know how to do it manually, try soundhack.

At least it will let you open damaged files, and re-save them.

If there are still problems, then you're pretty much up the creek without a shovel.. not to mention paddels or a canoe...But at least you might have a chance to save parts of the files.
