MachFive 2 cannot play Giga files

Hi
I can't get Machfive 2 to play any Giga files, in Logic Protools HD3 and DP5, Exs files are OK and some mb5 also. Does anyone have this problem?. I reloaded my Giga files from the disk to make sure I had a new copy, but same thing High picth noise instead of the instrument.
