Unable to install Premier Plug-ins into Audio Desk 1.02

I have been trying to install Premier plug-ins in Audio Desk. I'm following the instructions on pg 154 of my Audio Desk manual--that is, placing the Premier plug-ins in the Plug-ins folder that resides in the same folder as the Audio Desk application itself.

After doing that and reopening Audio Desk the new plug-ins do not appear in the plug-ins list submenu under the Audio menu.

What am I doing wrong?
