Waves plugins stop sounding

Post by AriWinters »

HELP!!
I think I remember reading about this somewhere once before, but I cannot for the life of me remember where. My waves plugins (as insert effects in Digital Performer 5.12, on a Mac PPC OSX 10.4.9, with 2.5 gb of ram), will stop sounding at the end of the audio clip in the sequence track. Is there a preference somewhere that geeked? It's very strange that it is only the waves plugins. Everything else will carry out well passed the audio clip. Please advise! Thanks.

That's just the way it is when using the AU versions. In fact, that's the only reason I still use Waves MAS. I can't stand hearing the reverb cut out so abruptly.
I know that a lot of people have problems with the MAS versions but I don't. Give it a try if you haven't already.

None of this really matters since you know Waves will come out with a new release in a matter of minutes!

Does it help if you set the plugins to 'Always Run In Real Time'?
