burning cd with itunes

very strange...i imported a tune into itunes but when i tried to burn to cd i get the message 'disc burner or software not found'.

my cd drive is a pioneet dvd-rw dvr-110 and it says disc burning is not supported. does this make sense?? i should be able to burn cd's on my mac shouldnt i? fyi i am able to burn using roxio toast light which now really seems strange.

I've taken the liberty of sending you "PatchBurn4.0.0a4 PPC" via email.
If you've an intel machine, you'll have to download the UB or Intel version.

Hope this helps; I used the version I gave you on the same drive, and it rocked.
The burner should work transparently after the update.
