Cant audition sounds in MachFive 2

I'm able to view sample files using MachFive's directory tool, but when it says "audition file using MIDI controller" i cant hear anything even though my controller is hooked up. any ideas how to make this work?

I have the same problem as well, also for some samples in Plugsound Pro.... anyone have any clues?

Is your controller transmitting on the same MIDI port & channel as the part you're browsing in?

not sure what you mean. i can use my controller to trigger sounds that are loaded into mach five. it just wont trigger the previews of the samples

That's it -- I can play the sounds when they load via MIDI, but they just won't audition when trying to do that.....weird!

Maybe one of us should call motu's support? They are usually pretty good at helping on this sort of thing. I'll see if I can do it tomorrow.
