Doubled notes when recording MIDI

Post by postbop64 »

Doubled notes when recording MIDI. With step record no problem but the moment I just hit the record button on DP5 I get two identical events showing up in the events window for every single note I play on the keyboard. Roland X6 into a MOTU 828 MK II into a G5.

This might help••¦
Go to your MIDI page (maybe called global - I'm not familiar with the X6) with on your synth and toggle the Local control mode
from On to off.
