EMU IV EOS Library Conversion Issues

I've had an issue with sample looping being wrong...

I've played a bit more - the looping thing is just plain weird.

I import an E4 Ultra Library preset in - the loops in the samples play fine and all is well. Then I save the preset in M5 format. I load it in again and the loops are broken. Every time. Can't fix them by resetting the (now altered) loop attributes on the samples.

However, I took the precaution of converting some of my old library to EXS format using Chicken Systems' Translator. Guess what? The same preset loads perfectly in .exs format, and even survives saving in m5 format. Loopy. Or not, depending how you look at it.

Have a huge Emu library to use and convert - have a few "difficult sounds" to test first and then will get into seeing what it can do.
