DP 4.5 and LAME. Mine is Gone

Upon having to reinstall DP 4.5, my LAME encoder is gone. I went to the site to download it and it said to put it in Library/Frameworks. I have no "frameworks" folder so I put it in the LIbrary folder. It doesn't work. OK. I'm stupid or something. I just don;t get how to get it back. Any help from the gurus? I'd sure appreciate it.

Search your drive for " frameworks "

I bet you'll find it.

The Frameworks folder is not in your user/library, but in the main Library folder on the system drive. If not, just create one.

Funny, I just un, and re-installed DP yesterday and never re-installed LAME, but exported MP3s last night with no prob.

Just create one and then run "repair disk permisions" ( Utilities>>DiskUtility ).
