My Problem: Model12 Factory Samples not loading ?

Hi,

this is my problem:

i can see all the factory kit names in M12: from 800serie ... splatterbox.

but if i try to load one of this kits, nothing happens.

The samples are not loading

Can someone help me ?

You might wanna ask in the Digital Performer section to get more answers on you question. (Unless you are really loading it in M5..
