Why there are some empty patch folders on Reason 3?
Why some times when Im using NX-19, the substractor module or some one in the Reason 3.0, sometimes when Im looking for an instrument some bank folders appear like no sound where inside of it, its frustrating that some times you see a folder instrument, you open it and nothing is inside. Why this happen? what can I do to fix it or avoid it? Do I have some installation problem?

Perhaps you would be better served asking on the Propellorheads/Reason forum.
My best guess would be that it's something to do with the file system that the sample library creators created. I've got some libraries that have a folder called "extra" or "open this", and they just have copyright information in them.

Empty folders when browsing from a particular instrument usually means that there are no contents in the folder that are appropriate for that instrument. The folder isn't actually empty, there's just nothing in there that the instrument can use.

Or for example, the folder might be a folder of samples, not banks- so you would have to be looking for samples (the browse folder on a sample area, such as one of the voices on the redrum) in order to see them. Some content folders will have just loose samples like this, say if it's a collection of vocal bits or guitar licks, stuff that isn't mapped across a keyboard already.
