Help Quantizing a Soundbite

Hello -

I'm attempting to quantize a soundbite of a synth bass. It is within a project that
has some MIDI data and I have set the tempo for the project.

I've done a beat detection on the soundfile; deleted the beats that I don't want,
selected the soundbite and then tried Region > Quantize > Beats within Soundbites
but the Apply button is greyed out.

These are the steps in the User Guide (pg 629-630) but I'm not having any luck.

Any hints would be very appreciated - Thanks! (I'm sure I'm missing something stupid)

...I believe my problem was, I was trying to do the quantizing while having
the soundbite selected in the Sound File / Waveform Editor window instead
of the Sequence window. ugh... That'll learn me.
