XLR Cable problem with Ultralite

Hi,

I just plugged a SHURE XLR cable in my MOTU Ultralite, and it got stuck...
I can‘t get it out in any way.

Is there anybody who have had this kind of problem? I‘m using the push pin to get the cable out, but it doesn‘t work.

weird
never heard of this
you may try unscrewing the shure XLR connecter
and this may help to remove it
