Crash Validaton????!!!! HELP PLEASE!

Post by Unique8502 »

Ok. I've installed the Mach5 sampler, registered it and all of that. I've installed the software over and over but every time I go to the AU Manager in Logic it always says "crashed validation". I dont' understand. Can someone PLEASE help me. Thanks

This could be more accurately answered by Logic users with MachFive-- but make sure you have version 1.2.3, and double check that the MachFive component (library- plugins- compontents) is indeed the new version. Sometimes the old component isn't replaced.

I had the same thing. I checked that the plugin had been updated correctly (it had), rescanned using AU Validation and it still failed. I chose to use the plugin despite the failed validation and I have to say.......it sounds like sh*t! Unusable, as there seems to be distortion on the output of many sounds.

Also, as this was combined with my move to OSX, I noticed that a lot of my presets played back incorrectly.

All this was last thing Friday pm so I'll report back when I've done more experimentation next week.

Just as well I have Kontakt installed OK......!

Tell me, what's the English translation for "actively pursuing an update to resolve this"?
