URGENT!!! PLEASE!!! (424 Installation)

Hi!

(The original problem is below...)
For now, I've been able to install the drivers when windows detected the card, but only in safe mode...
And when I boot up normally, the computer freeze at the "Windows XP" logo...
What does that means???

Hi!

I just bought my new computer with an Intel DP965LT motherboard.

I'm UNABLE to install the PCI424 card... (I installed the drivers BEFORE installing the PCI card)
I tried the 3 PCI slots.
- In the first one, it is sharing the IRQ with a usb host controller, and causes windows to freeze at startup.
- In the second and third one, wich seems to have each their own IRQ, it detects the card, prompt a dialog box that invites me to detect automatically the drivers, it detects it, start to install, and then always freeze in the middle of the process...

I had this problem with my last computer (wich was an ASUS A7N8X motherboard), but changing the card to another PCI slot solved the problem...

But now, the only 2 PCI slots that are not sharing any IRQ are freezing during process...

PLEASE HELP!
I really have to continue working!

Also... Wich driver should I use for Windows XP Pro?
- 32-bit MOTU PCI Audio 1.6.7.0 compatible with Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows XP
or
- PCI-424 and PCIe-424 Audio Drivers 1.6.6.11 for Windows XP

Because on the site, it's confusing... (Does the 32bits is only for VISTA and fine with XP)
And in the "PCI-424 and PCIe-424" description, it is written "made for PCIe" and not "for PCI and PCIe)

It's kind of pretty urgent... So if anyone... It would be VERY appreciated!

Is this one of the old 424 PCI cards, or one of the newer PCI-x compatable cards? If its an old one, you'll have to contact MOTU for an upgrade to the PCIx or PCI-e version because the old one if not compliant with that motherboard voltage design.
