I've taken some old MIDI files from Opcode
MusicShop, saved them out as standard MIDI
files and loaded them into DP5.11 and everything's
working file EXCEPT the volume data isn't getting
sent to the keyboard. Checked the keyboard and
it's enabled to receive volume data and there's a
nice curve in the sequence window for the track.
Is there a way in DP where you can mute the volume
data (which I accidentally enabled?)
DP5.11 not sending MIDI volume?

MIDI volume data should be on a track assigned to the module or virtual instrument likewise assigned to it.
Automation must be active (or inactive as the case may be)-- this is done by choosing the MIDI track in the Mixer and pressing the green automation PLAY button. If there is MIDI data on the track and the instrument is prepared to receive this data, it should all work. Deactivating it is as simple as clicking the automation PLAY button again.
Other features to check:
Setup Menu
--event chasing
--input filters
Region Menu
-- continuous data (create, change, thin, reassign...)
You may also want to make sure that your volume info appears in the Sequence Editor on its intended volume layer.. more info: DP5 manual, pp 390-391, 397...
