Is there any way to import Rex files and/or Rex libraries/refills into Machfive?

No, but the new Plugsound Pro

..does, and Mach5 V2 will be based on the same engine, so good news. Don't know about Refills though.

You can use MachFive's UVI-Xtract utility to convert REX files into MachFive presets.
