Hi guys apologies if this has already been answered but Im having SERIOUS problems to get these two 828s working together. I run Mac oS x Tiger on new intel mac pro.
I have them both connected in a daisy chain firewire style with a word clock cable running from the top ones out to the bottom ones in.
Basically after 10 seconds of loading anything with both 828s on the computer freezes whatever programs are running. If i turn off the bottom 828 everything works dandy but I gotta session tomorrow and I need 16 inputs!!!!!!!
Could someone POSSIBLY run through the settings required to make this work I wouldnt come on here and ask if I didnt feel that I had tried everything in the manual to the best of my knowledge! Many thanks guys!!!!
