WILL ULTRALITES MIXER WORK IN XP

Can anyone tell me if the ultralites mixer will work with xp sp 2 i am considering purchaseing one however if the mixer is not supported i dont see the point as windows mixer sucks

It probably won't work at all. I've even tried to get mine working with a PCI firewire card with the Texas Instruments chip but it still pops and cracks every minute. Even if i was being threatened with a gun to the head, I still wouldn't buy an Ultralite.

no problems with my ultrlite on xp here. the mixer works great as well.
9 months with no problems.
Core 2 Duo. E6600
4GB RAM
Vista 64
ASUS P5B
Cubase 4
MOTU Ultralite
SIIG PCIE 2-port firewire
