Motu Usb/Firewire 3.6.7.4 Beta Drivers (XP/Vista)

Any comments on the new beta drivers. ? I installed it and seem to be running ok......(dual 896hd w windows xp pro 32 bit os)...I am guessing the windows vista drivers have been added to the installer which upgrades to the new file version 3.6.7.4. Also there seems to be more tech support added than with previous versions.

I feel dumb asking this, but is the installation process for this beta documented anywhere. I downloaded it, but am reluctant to go any further without knowing if I'm supposed to completely remove the old driver or just install the beta "over" it.

Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

sleddog i sent an email to motu tech support asking for more details on the new driver model. Hopefully i will hear something back soon..
Also i installed the new beta driver on my laptop and the installer did remove the previous driver version...However i also installed it on my main machine but i removed the older driver first. I guess either method works but it would be nice to get some clarification from motu tech support.

MOTU is notorious for not including any kind of changelog/release notes with their drivers, which is a major pain in the ass. See my other thread on this titled "DRIVER RELEASE NOTES! WAKE UP MOTU!" Hopefully if we pester them collectively, they'll budge.
