I'm currently using a PowerBook+2 Travelers+1 ADA8000 so I can record 24 tracks simultaneously.
I might need to record 32 tracks sometimes soon.
So I plan to buy another ADA8000.
How you guys would you chain all this stuff?

For sure, with a G5, it would be easier...

FWIW, I have 2 motu Travelers + 1 behringer ADA8000. All this works correctly. I used to link both Travelers with spdif, FireWire, with and without WC. No troubles. I even link both Travelers with FireWire, and add an ADA8000 to them using ADAT+WC. No trouble. I'd be more curious to know how you set...

I've never heard about an upgrade.

It's curious 'cause there are several people who get that problem...
I do live production too... and if my travelers crash, I can hung myself.
