Actually...I did open a new project...it is completely blank with nothing in it...the color wheel of death won't even let me run the transport now. I also tried trashing DP 5.12 and reinstalling. No dice.....

I froze an instrument track to save CPU resoources and now I can't unfreeze it. I shift and select the unfreeze command in the Audio menu and nothing happens. The instrument track is selected.
