is direct monitoring available on this card? i have the firewire audiophile and i have this haunting latency between my live vox and the playback of the audio that is aleady there.

so, what card would allow me to monitor directly? i never had this issue with my card on the PC before i moved it over to the mac. is there something i am not aware of?

maybe someone could help? when i run my guitar or vocals through my outboard mixer and then into the audio ins of my audio card to record in DP i get a serious delay. i can not for the life of me figure out how to remove it. i would just like to hear my vocals feeding back into my headphones or spea...

resolved. sorry to bother, but it was as simple as reinstall the maudio firewaire audiophile drivers.

G5 Audio MIDI setup appears blank and will not allow e to "Rescan MIDI" or execute any other option.

I can't launch 4.52 or 4.6

Anyone encounter this before? "Digital Performer is unable to run because the MIDI system has crashed. Please quite any programs that are using MIDI, and try again." I am not running anything. I restarted the computer and launched. I get this everytime. DP 4.6 was rock solid until tonight....

um running 10.3 and dp 4.6 /// is it safe to switch to tiger now? my list of software is:
