Here is the Tech Support answer,
'These devices will behave as two independent interfaces when daisy chained in this configuration. Windows does not have a utility for aggregating multiple devices. You will have two CueMix windows for these devices and routing audio to them will be done in your DAW.'

The "F" is for Firewire. You have to do the hard reset with USB connected. Seems to be working again.
