So is there no way to set an in out point for a bounce to disc except for selecting a items to be bounced in the track window? This can't be so can it?

I was on hold for the next available agent. Speaker phone but still... that was a long time. I can't submit a Tech Ticket because DP8 is a demo and it only sees my 4.5 version.

I was on the phone for an hour today waiting for support and gave up as I had to leave. I'll try early Monday.
Thanks for the input. There are a few other issues turning up as well. Wish I would have stayed at 8.04. But then I would have had to go to 8.05 for the final upgrade.

I just trashed the preferences and that didn't help.

Something is likely muting the plug and those are the two likely culprits.

No automation on the Master Buss.

No, still does the mute thing. Why just those last plugins?

I may have found a good work around. If I create a AUX track and put my mastering plugins there and route all tracks to that instead of the master track, they seem to stay function from closing to reopening. We'll see tomorrow morning but it is working now!

I should point out that the same plugin on an instrument track or Aux behaves just fine. It's only on the Master out that I see this problem.
