Originally posted by qo: However, if a CoreAudio Aggregate Device is created in Audio/MIDI Setup, and this is selected in DP, crackling audio is history. 100% gone. Vamoosh. Demons cast out! I have no idea why this would be the case other than it must be changing how DP interacts with CoreAudio. Bu...

Re: Can't open DP or Audio/MIDI setup?
I'm up and running. Thanks to everyone that jumped on here and offered up their personal knowledge. I swear... everytime I come in this messageboard I learn about 10 new things. As it turns out, I had reinstalled the usb MIDI drivers, however, I didn't uninstall before I did. When I uninstalled, rei...

Can't open DP or Audio/MIDI setup?
Everytime I open DP I get the "pinwheel" and it tells me it can not open DP because the MIDI has crashed. Then, when I try to open my Audio/MIDI setup from the utilities menu I get the pinwheel again, then it quits by itself and gives me the pop-up that asks if I want to "send a bug r...

Re: MIDI Driver 1.3.1
After a full day yesterday, I report no ghost or stuck notes over a full morning and afternoon. I could not force a stuck note. If your MIDI is not working correctly still... I know the pain.. Don't forget to check your buffer.. Mine was set too high because I had been working strictly with audio tr...

OMG!!! I simply can not believe what I was hearing about 15 minutes ago!!! I was playing a sequence and using my MIDI controller at the same time and had 0 missed notes or stuck notes! I'm still scared to touch my controller without my finger on the 'panic' button, but I may be on the road to recove...
