I bought Mach Five to use with Opus 1 only. That is not working well for me. If I have to pay for version 2 which MAY fix it...i will be pissed.

Has anyone else tried calling Motu tech support today??? Line has been busy ALL DAY.

I have a large library I want to convert into Mach Five with multiple file levels. UVI-Xtract only sees into ONE folder and will not see beyond multiple folder levels. I CANNOT map this complex file structure by hand unless I wanna spend ALL DAY. Any other suggestions or experiences with this? Oh ye...
