thankyou for the reply , greatly appreciated. I understand what your saying. So to update my situation , I got a 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter and I now have my headset microphone plugged into the Mic1 input on the front , phantom power & Pad power is off by default. It does not seem to be picking ...

quick update: headphones are working , it was a case of the "monitor level" being too low. Was just a bit confusing because my speakers were pumping loud on the same monitor level , but was barely audible on the headphones , so just had to turn it up alot. However I still can not get the m...
