Hi,

Just spoke with a very nice lady at MOTU customer service. I'm sure you all ready know this, but she confirmed that USB/Firewire devices are under a two year warranty.

I hate to bump my own thread, but I would really appreciate any thoughts on this matter. I am almost completely positive that everyone on this forum who has ever bought a new piece of MOTU gear has registered for the warranty. I will try calling MOTU early Monday morning and will post their response...

Hi all, I searched the forum previous to asking this but came up blank. What would seem to be information that is/should be fairly simple to find out has proven difficult.
