Hi I've run into this same problem though, having recently moved over from Win XP 32Bit to Win7 64Bit. I've installed the 64bit drivers for the 8Pre. Also tried updating the firmware to 1.03 64bit, but no results. The noise happens when the interface is "active" sort of, if i enter the Cue...
