how would i know if it's a vista problem?

I've had the same experience with different driver version in XP pro. Which driver are you using? Since I'm running two units I'm back at 3.6.7.x asio is a system crash there. I'm on WDM honestly, i don't know what you mean by "3.6.7.x" i was using the WDM driver with my cakewalk software...

When installing my software for Ultralite mk3 I don't see the ASIO driver being installed.
I've tried it several times. Typically, I'll get WDM, GSIF, and MIDI drivers, but never ASIO.
ASIO, where are you?

to solve i had to uninstall drivers, take out card, install drivers, then replace card. what do you mean by "take out" and "replace"? i doubt you mean physically taking the hardware out. are you talking about disabling or uninstalling the PCI Bus? if so, how do you do it in Vist...

Anytime I try to open something involving my PCI Bus (such as "MOTU PCI CueMix Console" or "MOTU PCI Audio Console") I get the following error:

"The AudioWire driver was not found"

How do I solve this issue? (keeping in mind that i'm using Vista)
