thats really weird. it's gotta be a firmware issue, im sure there is a bug somewhere

yea i was gonna say,, i wonder if this is a firmware prob.

I talked to the motu tech, they said they had no idea and for me to send it in.

The volume knob wont turn the volume up or down. I can click and switch between master and phon vol. but twisting = no volume change.

i did a hard reset and everything, im afraid its a hardware issue...

actually fixed that problem. but now , the volume on my heapdhones are wayy to low to hear. no idea how to change it since its via main 1-2

Everything is set up correctly, I have the phones set to main-1-2 but no sound is coming out... not sure why. main output via main-1-2 works fine tho. Im on windows X64 , latest 64bit drivers and software installed.
