I have no experience with bootcamp. I an running a Dell Precision 650 Workstation XP Pro sp1 with Sonar 5. That problem stopped for me when I disabled 1394 off of the network. Here is something to try. I run a short AES/EBU cable out of #2 into #1. It allows me to monitor #2 in my cuemix . I use #1's outs into my headphone amp but, it also clocks out of the AES/EBU port. That might help your clocking iss...

I used to have the same problem with my 2 896HD,s. I traced my problem to the firewire card bridged to my network. I disabled it off of the network and the pops stopped. It seemed that the computer polled the network and the second HD would lose it's clock. Another trick I came up with is I AES/EBU ...
