Between M5 v.1.2.3 and Gigastudio 3 I don't see any upgrading for me. Have tried M5 v.2.0,great but not much greater.

In Preferences if you uncheck the MAS version and check the AU version, when the audio engine restarts the AU version is definitely running.... I proved it as I just removed the MAS version from my plugins folder.. It seems you can have one or the other, just not both showing up at the same time. C...

I actually had a au and mas version in the past running just fine side by side but cant get it going now.

Tried it,it still won't recognize the AU Version.any idea what might be wrong?

I need DP to read Machfive AU instead of MAS,AU is already in the plug-in folder but I need the AU search to locate it,any help would be awsome.

I've narrowed my choices down to the 828 MK3 and TC Konnekt Studio 48. I'm still watching closely as MOTU just released their new driver that seems to have fixed "the squeal" and other anomalies. As for TC, they've yet to get an acceptable working driver on the Mac. I like the extra input...

I'm trying to get Mach 5 to work in logic,it see's it and I can play it on my controller,but if I record the MIDI it will not play back,any knowledge on this,would be very greatfull

I like the old GUI fine, but what I like about the new GUI is that it signals MOTU's awareness of Ableton Live and therefore suggests that they are making some effort to update the marketing of DP to a hipper, younger profile.
