Consolidated Window Question
First of all I know I've seen posts on how to disable the consolidated windows but can not find any in a search. I have read the chapter in the big manual as well as the tips sheet that came with 4.5 on this but can not get to the look of 3.11. I just can't get used to the consolidated window featur...

Anyone remember DP 3.11
Thanks guys, just wanted to make sure, been a while since I worked in 3.11. Chickmagnet if memory serves me (as it doesn't very often) I ported from Logic to DP in 2.0, now thst's been a while.

Anyone remember DP 3.11
I ask because I opened an old project in OS 9 and had some MIDI problems but noticed that in the Free MIDI folder I had 1.46 and 1.48 in there. Is there any reason why I should not trash 1.46? This was opened in a seperate drive, not a partition or in classic mode.

Mic choice and placement are crucial. Also knowing eq frequencies is paramount. I like the sound of the Royer R121 on most guitars including ear bleeding metal, but there are many more that would compliment (if you even equate that term to recording metal guitar) the process.
