Try to run the audio troubleshoot, first.
If have latest win updates drivers try uninstall them.

see my thread on win updates motu crash, there are my uninstalled updates.

I had the Lyndi PCIE and it was working fine.

Uninstalled latest windows updates from pc
It now works again.
But I can't defer updates for too long.
