The 8.03 update solved my "not responding" errors when closing, on two computers. Additionally, it solved my problem with "drag and drop" MIDI from Addictive Drums and EZ Drummer. The application appears to be fairly sturdy at this point. I will continue to play with it...

Attempted to drag MIDI clips from Addictive Drums into DP MIDI track. Major crash. Tried the same thing with Superior Drummer with same results. Managed to send a crash report the second time. I glanced at the info, and it seemed to have crashed the MS C++ lib stuff. Bare bones tracking just to try ...

You can buy an external DVD drive/burner for $30-50 that would work fine with the new iMac. I have one for those rare times that I need it...

Very carefully...

Are you using balanced cables into balanced plugs? Apparently, there are both balanced and unbalanced on the Track 16.

If your monitors support balanced input, use all balanced connections and cables.
