I thought I'd tried in that mode... I have one more round of edits so I guess I'll find out. I didn't have the markers lock when I started. I locked them when they didn't seem to want to follow me.

not a string of sequences. It's just one, a drum track, guitar and the vocals I was adding. I work as if on tape.

The edits were done in the one sequence, about five minutes long. Markers at each chord chance so I can see my arrangement

Problem solved.

I did check the input filter. No issue there. Made me think. I occasionally have to initialize the memory of my old Peavy controller. That was the cure. Back in business and one Fast Lane richer.

View Filter. Ah Ha! Yes I was in that menu yesterday. I remember I had hit clear all, but couldn't remember where I was when that happened.

I only figured out why you'd get into View Filter, for copying volume data in my case. Didn't know there was a landmine there.

this short thread has just turned the light on as how to use these functions. I've always wondered why there was no pre/post-roll. The Remember Times is new to me. I've just fumbled through using markers. I will get this into my work flow starting now.

I didn't find the installation and authorization that difficult. I bungled through it ok and had it up and running in a few minutes.

I lost Toast/Jam and Waveburner when I upgraded my computer. This will suit me well.

I keep getting the bundles scrambled. I don't have any complex set ups. Just a template for live recording. The only way to correct this is to reboot. I never had an issue before upgrading my computer and DP8. It's a small pain
