About the Cue Mix of the 2408mk3
Hi:
I really need some help on this.
I understand that my MOTU 2408mk3 has a Cue Mix console, and it has some plug ins.
So, how can I get those plug ins?
From which DP version it can works?
Can I use those plug ins on DP? from which version?
Thanks for your help

Re: Is there a free apple plugin to pitch shift for DP 4.6.1
The thing is that I just want to try this Apple plug because Im not particularly happy with DP's results for pitch shifting an entire song.

I am also interested in this. I will tell you this, if you are running a FW400 interface on your PPC and you plug a FW800 drive into the G5's FW800 port, the most you will get out of it is FW400 speeds. Jeff May I ask WHY this is? Is it because of some issue with the G5? I ask because, in theory, m...

Ok. Thank you for help. Can I ask exactly why not? If you don‘t mind, I‘m looking for a technical explanation (if you are in the mood) :? So what happens to DPs 32 bit floating point proccessing? Who converts from 32 to 16 if I don‘t dither it myself? Is it not changing word lenghts from 32 to 16??....

Do I have to dither in this case?
:?: Hi: I have recorded some tracks with singers at 16/44 and I have finished mixing and mastering. All my project was recorded and set at 16/44. I‘m ready to bounce for making a CD. My question is: Do I have to dither in the master track eventhough I‘m not changing the word length? or not? if I hav...

Why there are some empty patch folders on Reason 3?
Why some times when Im using NX-19, the substractor module or some one in the Reason 3.0, sometimes when Im looking for an instrument some bank folders appear like no sound where inside of it, its frustrating that some times you see a folder instrument, you open it and nothing is inside. Why this ha...

Using DP with Reason rewired and blank carpet banks
:D hi I use DP but I wonder if any one of you can help me to understand why when I use DP with the Reason program (rewired) some carpet banks of the Reason appeared with no sounds inside of it, example: I charge the NN-XT in the Reason and I look for any orchestral sound, then I open the cymbals car...

When you opened them in DP they should be assigned to MIDI CH 10 which is the channel for general MIDI Drums. If you have a PC, try http://www.gnmidi.com/ which is a nice app for MIDI batch processing. if not I don't of any for mac but it's probably out there. You can also manually change the chann...

Th only way to know is by looking if MIDI EDIT is checked or not in the menu Ok. But the thing is that there‘s no indication such as a check mark or anything. The only way is to select MIDI Edit and then guess if it‘s turned on or off. (I have DP 4.61, by the way) As for your first question, the dr...
